According to the Turkey Automobile Distributors Association ODD statistics data, in February this year, Turkey's passenger car sales reached 36,814 units, year-on-year growth of 26.1% compared with it in 2012.
In February this year, sales of light commercial vehicles in Turkey declined to 11,493 vehicles, a decrease of 5.3% compared with the same period last year.
The passenger car sales of the 2 months before reached 62,649 vehicles, an increase of 24.6%; while the light commercial vehicle sales totaled 21,181 vehicles, a growth of 2.8% compared with the same period last year.
Turkey’s passenger cars and light commercial vehicles sales in February totaled 48,307 vehicles, an increase of 16.9% compared with 41,324 units in the same period last year; the total sales of 2 months before reached 83,830 units, a year-on-year growth of 18.3%.
