Mitsumaru East Kit (MEK, SEHK: 2358) entered into a framework agreement on the acquisition of a company specializing in manufacturing television and audio-visual products on May 20.
MEK will continue to negotiate with potential sellers on exact terms and conditions on the acquisition. This will constitute a substantial acquisition under the Listing Rules if the final agreement is signed.
The company advised to issue additional shares, subscribe for new shares and conduct a public offer.
