Top-class billionaires club, developed by global famous real estate developer Accurate, won an investment from ARA, a subsidiary of China's richest man Li Ka-shing's Cheung Kong Group.
An insider of Accurate disclosed Li Ka-shing did not give up investing in projects in Mainland China and will still focus on residential projects as a reply to the saying that he will withdraw from the mainland real estate sector.
